In 2018, Mediberg introduced a new reinforced gown into its range, configured as category III, Class 4 PPE available in sterile and non-sterile versions. These gowns are designed for healthcare workers to wear during medical procedures that require particular operator protection, such as handling chemotherapy and antiblastic drugs, or in the presence of potentially infectious fluids and/or hazardous chemicals.
